Hello, beautiful you!!! I hope your weekend was rejuvenating or exciting :) Mine was very productive and busy, and I'm grateful for that! Today is third Monday of November...sooo, I have your next "I Dare You" challenge:
1) Let's do five sets of 30 seconds planks. I made a post about planks before (LINK: Let's Do Some Planks!), so choose a type that you like or maybe choose five different planks to do. Remember to do this everyday for the rest of November, and always try to improve on your time and form.
2) Forgive someone you feel resentful against. Maybe there is someone at work who really bugs you, or a friend at school whom you hate, or maybe a friend you've had a fight with. I challenge you to wake up today, put a smile on your face, and talk to this person. Make them feel as if it is you who have decided to stop the resentful feelings and are ready to show them love. Show them love! I dare you!
Remember: Keep doing your 15 push-ups, your three sets of 30 seconds wall-squads, your nice act of the day, and post a sticky note with an awesome message for someone. I dare you to act!
PS: Last week my sticky notes were awesome! I gave one to each member of my family everyday, and they were really taken aback (specially since I am not one to show feelings as such :p). So, I thought it was a great experience for me. What about you? Has there been an experience as such for you? Tell me - I'd be glad to hear!
