Soooo.... my new thingy to try out is.....drum roll...: PLANKS! I know it is nothing amazing, but it is amazing :) I think that planks are a great way to strengthen your core muscles. I have started a routine - I am trying everyday in the morning - of the five minute plank exercises. At first it is hard, but I think in a couple of more days I'll be able to level up :p
I recommend that you try doing planks. Make sure you are comfortable with it and have no injuries. I don't think this is a complicated exercise, nor does it require too much work. But the benefits of doing it are great! So, try it!!! Start by doing it every Friday, for example, and then increase the number of days you work out, until you are able to do it everyday.
