As I mentioned last time, I have been getting more knowledgeable about body exercises, stretching, self defense, and whatever else I can get my hand on. The three videos I am showing you are from guys I found on YouTube that I really like.
Philip Ameris is a martial artist who belongs to the same organization that I am in. However, his school is somewhere in the East, so I use his videos to learn anything. Part 1 is shown down below, but I encourage you to stream through the other videos. They are great for self defense techniques, and great for workouts, too.
The second video is from a guy I don't know much about. However, the reason I recommend him is because his videos are interactive and straight to the point. He has videos from self-defense, to weapons (bo staff), and kicking/hand techniques to name a few. I like his style and the straight forward information he provides.
Finally, I couldn't leave out my favorite guy out, GingerNinjaTrickster. The video down below about stretching is very helpful. I have bought the book by Kurz that he mentioned, and I really recommend it to anyone who is wishing to improve not only in stretching, but for overall body wellness.
