Today I would like introduce Mattia Cupelli. He is a pianist and composer. His music is very much to my liking, especially his piano solos. I like the dark tone colors of the majority of his pieces, and how they have a very nostalgic feel about them. I really like sad songs (don't get me wrong - it's not that I am sad, but I can relate to this feeling a lot).
I will post below the link to one of his videos that I enjoy listening to.
Coming back to the sad topic, I was thinking and talking the other day about what you like to listen to when you feel happy or sad. From what I got, most people like to listen to happy songs when they are feeling down. I am the opposite. When I am feeling sad or without energy, I like to listen to songs that represent the feeling that I am feeling at the moment. I think I prefer to get my feelings out, to understand what I am feeling, why am I feeling like that, in order to alleviate myself. I like to experience my feelings in full and not forget about them, because it allows me to move on faster (and so that I don't hold any residue feelings inside myself). It allows me to purge myself, I guess, of my feelings. The same thing applies when I am happy.
That is also one of the reasons I like to write. When I write about my fears, my happiness, my doubts, etc. I feel relieved. Since I am not really a talkative person, I tell my writing everything. It's a good feeling.
What about you? What do you like to do when you are sad or happy? Feel free to share. I would love to read about it! :)
Have an awesome day :)
