I hope you had a refreshing weekend, because I am about to introduce you to an awesome person that's going to make you work out. As you might know, I practice taekwondo. To me, martial arts (or any type of work-out, for that matter) is life. I cannot not work-out, and I need to have inspiration and good role models that help me in my training. Samery Moras is one of the inspirational YouTubers that practices taekwondo, and I think she rocks at it!
I love finding people who are motivated, funny, creative, passionate, and just have a great personality. Samery is an awesome girl who posts videos about her training, drills, motivational videos, competitions, and many other martial art tips.
I enjoy watching Samery, because she explains clearly, she is transparent in her ideas, and overall, I feel happy watching her improve and change. I hope you take a look at her videos and be inspired by her determination and passion.
I don't know about you, but I always love being surrounded by people who have a dream or goal. These people are always eager to improve themselves and those around them. Being around people who understand the "beautifulness" of being "in-the-zone" and in a state of positiveness is always inspirational.
Watching the "Best" doing their job is a way of improving your own self. However, just watching is not enough. Observe and take notes, but also DO. Observing is a way to get your feet wet, but if you really want to grow (growth-mindeset), remember that you must dare to feel uncomfortable doing those things that you are afraid of.
Be surrounded by the people who support you and push you forward, but also know that you must make the choice on your own to get out there and work. Make something of yourself this week, by choosing one goal to improve and sticking to it. I dare you!
Be strong, be unique, and step outside of your comfort zone!
