Our third resolution for this month is this: To do at least thirty second wall squads everyday. You know the ones where you bend your knees and lean against the wall with only your back touching. Try starting out with three sets of thirty seconds each. I had a teacher long ago who really found this exercise useful, so I am going to make it a habit for me now. I hope you try it :)
Our fourth resolution for this week (yay!): I want you to say something nice to someone everyday. It can be in the form of speech, sticky notes, texts, etc. For example, this week I am going to show my appreciation for my family by making sticky notes for each member of my family, and posting them on their lunch boxes, phones, or anywhere they might see them. I will write about qualities/actions that I find great, but never take the time to praise. Appreciation can really lift someone up when they are having a bad day. I hope you try it :)
Tell me what you think of the resolutions, and whether they are useful for you. I'be glad to hear any stories you have! Have a great week everyone!
Be strong, be unique, and step out of your comfort zone!
