The first resolution for this week is this: To do 15 push-ups everyday in the morning. Don't tell me you don't have time! Immediately after waking up, give me 15 push-ups. I am preparing for the TKD demo in December, so this is one of the drills I am working out with. I believe this will make my upper body stronger, and have a stronger core (which is what I need). Join me and try it out everyday this week. Make it a habit!
My second resolution for this week is: To be useful. Everyday try to find something that you can do for someone else. It can be cleaning your part of the house, giving small bags of food to the homeless, teaching kids at a school, making breakfast for your kids (with a smile on your face), or anything that you think is good. Be useful everyday for someone, and tell me how you feel at the end of the week.
I only have these two resolutions to work on this week, so let's make them good! This is how you start to make greater things. By taking up small challenges, you can begin creating bigger ideas and habits. I hope this helps anyone out there. Tell me what you think! And if you have any other ideas, feel free to share :)
Have a great week! I will see you back Friday :)
Be strong, be unique, and step out of your comfort zone!
