Speaking of learning...Two weeks ago my sister showed me a puzzle one of her friends showed her. It was a simple puzzle (if you want to know what it was...tell me in the comments! :p), and I seriously overthought (is that a word?!) too much about it. My curiosity persisted for two weeks, and at the end I had to tell her to show me how to do it. And it was SIMPLE! I had not been able to see the solution!
So - to make sure I was not the only stupid one here - I decided to see how many other people could solve the problem. And no one has been able to see it either! This got me thinking: How many times in our lives, when we are faced with a problem, we do not see all the possible solutions inherent in the challenge?
It is truly amazing to think that sometimes we are completely blind to the many faces that a problem has to show. What I mean to say is that humans like to make things complicated. We like to find excuses. There are people that become so focused on the problem that they don't focus their energy on finding the solutions. When we are able to focus our energy in all the possible solutions that can be created, our problems simply become another part of the solution. Having seen that puzzle made me realize how simple life can truly be.
In a similar way, how many times do we complicate our relationships, our dark thoughts, our egocentricity, our greed for more? Chill!!! Don't be so obnoxious. Inner peace and calm can make your thoughts clearer and better. I don't mean to say that your shouldn't be excited or have fun. Of course you should! But in those moments when you have to make decisions, do it with a clear mind. Don't put so much drama in your life. Always be open to possibilities, because that is the only way that you can grow in this life.
Remember: Life has many faces. Make sure you look at all of them, before making your final judgment and giving up. The solution might be facing you right in front of your eyes! Don't be blind to the light!
I hope you guys have a great weekend! Tell me what you think about this in the comments. I'd love to hear from you :) :)
Be strong, be unique, and step out of your comfort zone!
